The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Sales rep did not explain anything about return or exchange policiesand ordered the wrong item. All he cared about was a sale, did not ask qualifying questions to put me in the right product. Manager or district manager couldn’t help with any of my issues. Waste of time and money, wish i would have gone somewhere else. You live and you learn.

Am a repeat buyer. Moved and needed to upgrade to a king size. I tried a local mattress store and was unimpressed with pricing and quality. Loved the last mattress so much that I just went back to this Matress Warehouse. Mohammed was knowledgeable and friendly and got me a great deal.

Had a great experience buying a mattress at this location. Alexander was very professional and explained everything very well. They even let my 5 year old jump on all the mattresses! Can't beat that!

Mohammad, the salesperson was great. No pressure at all. He was patience and nice to talk with. He gave us some discounts at the end. He even let us try the bed match after we already made a purchase.
