This Kohls is terrible! Today, 1/11/18, my friend was sexually harassed in the shoes department. The man was publicly masturbating behind her. She complained to customer service and instead of calling the police the store manager was laughing and had the sick man sign some papers and let him go. Very disgusting behavior from the manager, I don't why they didn't get the police involved. No consideration for the customer.

Went to Kohl's this morning. Cashier Gail was so helpful and pleasant. She even assisted me getting a Kohl charge card. Thank you Gail

The store is super neat is very easy to shop, Personnel is very friendly and they're always willing to help you. Their return policy as long as you have the receipt is good. The manager always make sure people don't wait in crazy lines when paying or customer service. Manager will always try to make the customer happy when there's any price discrepancy, I have no complaints with this store.

This particular Kohl's branch is a disaster. The store will lure you in with all its promotions and sale signs, but it's so badly organized that you will find yourself paying full price on half your items once at the register because everything is consistently misorganized. With that said, the cashiers are attentive and polite. I've had great experiences with the customer service attendees as well; however, one of the managers (a woman in her 50s) is incessantly rude to myself and other customers. Because of her, I have stopped purchasing at this location and will NOT return until management is replaced. Shame on you.
