The worst customer service ever, was treated like I didn't belong in the store. I realized its not Nordstrom Rack the store that's bad, its the employees they hire. Therefore I have no choice but to try and understand the ignorance.

Very respectable and helpful staff. I found everything I needed, thanks to the staff and store inventory. Love it!

good value for money. But there's better shops that do the same thing. One assistant was quite rude and spoiled the experience

The clerk who served on us was super cool. I am definetely going back.

The customer service in the women's department  was very rude. He couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. He didn't even bother telling me his name. He was all around just rude.
