Helpful staff. Prices can be okay if you find it on sale. If it is not on sale it has been my experience that it may be over priced but my experience is a bit limited to be honest.

The experience I had here was GREAT!! There was a WONDERFUL man working in customer pick ups (I ordered on line) there was a grumpy customer, and this going man was doing his best to accommodate them. Trust me, I wanted to recruit this guy for my own business. I'm not a huge fan of khols overall, but this guy might have changed my mind. Good job Khols!!

This Kohls is the perfect size; no upstairs/downstairs and great layout. Neatness of dressing rooms and displays always maintained, and unless you hit at the end of a busy season, there's always a good selection of sizes. Very efficient; even when lines appear to be long, they move surprisingly quickly. Customer service at the registers is always friendly and helpful and you can do everything in one place, from paying for your purchase to returning, exchanging, even paying your bill. General manager Laura is gracious and professional and night manager Liz is equally so. I've referred many people to this store, as most everyone I know had no idea there was a second HB location and parking for Bella Terra store can be really dicey.
