Kohl's is Kohl's, right? There is a wide selection of clothes and they are usually at a great discount. I often buy my Levi's here because the deals are so fantastic. The only downside here is that every time I visit the people working are quite friendly, but very slow (at the register). Lines back up at the checkout stand and everyone seems to have zero patience.... And this happens just about each time I go, haha.

I love this place I think better than Home Depot... Although there are different reasons to go both places.... They have a much better flowers selection I think plus a little cheaper....

I had a return to make. The line for the the returns was quite long. There was one person working at the desk. Several associates walked past and not one apologized for the wait or got help or offered to help. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally some help was called for. After 3 calls for help a man opened up another register and processed my return. He was quick and efficient. His name tag said tub o fun and I thought that was highly inappropriate.

Shopping was wonderful, except for cashier complaining that she didnt want to work cashier line. Not sure if her break was up. When customers lined up she compsined more. Now joann is awsome always with a smile on her face.

The associate was very difficult to understand and acted like he didn't want to help us look for an item that was displayed on a mannigan. Because the sweatpants were displayed on the mannigan, we were looking for them on the shelves and could not find them. Turns out they didn't have any - I guess. Terrible service. If I were the supervisor, this young man would not be working up front with the customers. Stock room or out the door. Don't think I'll be back.
