One bad worker ruined it, racial profiling! Uncomfortable experience. Spent my money at Fossil where it was appreciated and I wasn't followed around the store or asked to hold my purchase behind the register until I was ready to pay.

Extremely rude customer service. One staff member was yelling at kids and grownups alike. David at the front desk acting as a manager refused to check inventory because he had a total of 4 people in line with 2 open registers. La coste must take notice of their employee actions and make this store customer friendly. They lost my sale.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Terrible customer service! They tell you: "you can try it and return it within 30 days" Then when you return it, they say "oh sorry, you can't return it if the tags are removed" So, you are supposed to wear it WITH THE TAGS!!! Why say you can try it in the first place ?! I was about to buy more clothes, but decided not to.. they do not know how to deal with customers Save your money and buy from another place that knows how to deal with customers

Staff was incredibly rude and impatient. Additionally, there were out of stock of most things in medium. Just buy online.
