Excellent customer service I bought a hand bag two months ago and the zipper separated. They exchanged it for me very pleasant and efficient process. Sometimes the customer service line is long but otherwise perfect.

So, I love KOHLS. It is my #1 place for bargains. What was especially great about my recent visit which had never happened at any other KOHLS is the fact that a bra, not on sale, was mixed in with clearance was sold to me at clearance price. The manager said they honor their error and give the customer the benefit. The more you know the more you KOHL'S🎊

I went to shop for back to school clothes today for my son and the kids department was UNSHOPPABLE! The tables were destroyed and merchandise was laying all over the floor. We could not tell what was supposed to be on the tables or sizes. No one working on the problem to correct the issue. This is not the first time this has happened upon visiting this store. I was in boscovs today and the store was spotless. No excuse to run a store with these conditions and I will not be back.
