Jeff and David helped my significant other and I pick out a new refrigerator Labor Day weekend. When it was extremely busy. Jeff waited on us patiently. Jeff and David were very professional and kind. Jeff was a great sales man that understood our economic situation. He worked well within our budget. We purchased a new GE slate refrigerator with a ice maker. 

I would also like to mention Karen B in men's sales department, she's always very kind and professional as well. My last job interview she helped me pick out a phenomenal outfit at a reasonable price. I walked in with confidence which landed me the job. 

Great staff at this location.

Went to buy a jacket that was on a rack marked $29.99... Jacket came up $99.99...So,I walked the cashier to the spot where I found it,and apparently it was the other stuff on the rack that was on sale. So,if there are 10 jackets on the rack accidentally, whose fault is that? Customers didn't put them there. It's not like it was just one jacket,there were about 10. 

So,instead of apologizing,it was just like,OK,well,have a good day. Most stores would say OK,let me fix this. Get a manager,offer a discount,give the customer the price that they thought it would be. Sometimes in retail you just gotta bite the bullet and then correct the situation so it doesn't happen again. The store seems like a big mess. An entire rack of clothes was on the floor and nobody noticed it or picked it up. 

JCPenney has gone downhill over the years. Much like Sears,they are a dying brand. Stuff like my experience,and reading the other reviews on here,just further prove this.

The soft line areas were absolutely shameful . There was as much merchandise on the floor of the junior department as there was on the racks. It was impossible to shop today because the store was not recovered last night. I think I will shop online and have my merchandise shipped to my home next time. The worst I have seen since Black Friday!!! One star rating is generous.

I always come to SIMA, (master designer) for my hair! She does excellent job!!! Highly recommended! I will always come back to her. 😍😍😍

Filthy!!!!  The amount of hair, fuzz, paper, and miscellaneous filth on the floor was redicilious up in the portraits department.  Get it together management.  I was going to come unglude if my 1 year old got it on her when waiting to get pictures taken.
