This is a dirty store, with stuff often all over the place, especially later in the day. Like all Kohl's stores, The "sales" prices they display are often close to regular prices elsewhere, but they list a higher regular price to make it look like a good deal. Not much has improved over the years and Kohl's is still an outdated department store.

I didn't like my visit there at Kohl's. The reason why is I was told that I can get 25% off if I apply for a Kohl's credit card. what the guy at the cash register failed to tell me when I came back was that it only applied to certain brands that were in the store. So I felt deceived and misinform with the information and I was going off of. None the less I made the purchase but there was no 25%off. I left disappointed and angry and the store did nothing to even satisfy or help out in the matter. However it is a good store. Sometimes customer service isn't the top priority depending on the person that you dealing with at the time.

Terrible customer service. Refused to honor price of shoes even though the tag had been on them for 6 days. Manager told me since I couldn't prove it, she wouldn't honor it. Then I asked her if the review info was on the receipt and she gave it to me without the store number on it. Ridiculous!

Great store. The clerk at checkout was so pleasant abd nice. Good deals here as well!
