Thank GOD that SEARS is closing!!!!!They are the worse. Tried to do a return and no one could help. Any third part that uses the sears name should be allowed to be returned to Sears. This is why Sears is closing. The city of Chicago got it right to close all Sears stores. Sears lets just stop the bleeding close all the suburban stores as well. If you don’t know how to take care of your customers hand it over to your competitors and let them show you how it’s done. I will put the nail in the coffin early I will never buy another thing for this sorry excuse of service.

They're radically understaffed!  Phone rings and rings while I waited two hours for an oil change. 
The procedure was competent enough, but waiting that long was infuriating!

This Sears full of clowns specially that girl her name is Angelica she was by the mattresses. Saturday April 28th at 6:00 PM My parents were buying a cooktop and a double oven and I was sitting on one of the mattresses and this girl who works there tells me if I needed help, and I said "No, I'm just waiting for my parents" and she said "oh, well you can't be on that mattress for more than 30 minutes, if not I will have to charge you" what a freaking joke. Acting like I'm going to break it. Been coming to this Sears since I was a kid. You just lost a loyal customer.

I Love Sears, my parents shopped there for during the 70's .I shop there today for myself and my grand childrens.
