It's a Khols and you get what you expect here. I will say they are much more organized, employees are very helpful and usually easy to find when you need assistance or a cashier. Always check the seasonal clearance section lots of good stuff they just are not going to keep stocked are found there. Finding that the search function on the website regarding stick even in this section is usually spot on which is helpful if you find something and want to go pick it up.

Great variety of clothes from casual to work to athletic. Great sales. Not always the nearest store, but I've seen worse. I hate that returns and exchanges have to be done in a far back corner. Makes it feel more aggravating and like a much bigger hassle than necessary.

This is the worst kohl's I have been in. The store is totally disorganized. The fitting rooms have more clothes on the floor than the racks on the selling floor. There are no sales people on the floor or at the check out areas. Good thing the store has a inner and outer ring because you get your exercise walking the laps looking for help or to check out. And when you find someone they are in a hurry leaving for break or leaving to go home. My prediction is kohl will be the next Meryvns who exactly. Long gone and forgotten at least at Ross and TjMaxx you can find someone at the fitting room.

Typical Kohl's and it's layout. Tons of merchandise and to me hard to look around when crowded w items. Workers are pleasant. A consistent experience.

Nice store. Lots of clearance. I find the Kohl cash, return/exchange very confusing. If you buy it, just keep it. Not worth the hassle.
