Pretty clean place, well stocked with a variety of clothing and kitchenware. Adequate staff; all friendly and courteous. In general, maybe I would put it between Macy's and Sears in quality. Nothing really bad, but nothing really distinctive that I could see. This was my first visit ever, by the way.

Normally I have the best shopping experiences when I shop at Kohls. But not today Monday May 6. I purchased 3 blouses and a pair of capris. They totalled $59.00 before tax. I had a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more of mothers day items. However my items weren't considered items for a mother. Now, I am the mother of two grown children and grandmother to five. The coupon had alot of exclusions on the back. So what constitutes what is a mother's day item. It can't be just jewelry, flowers, and perfume. Kohl's now has so many restrictions that they are now like all the rest of the big box stores. What a shame. I will still go shopping there, but I probably won't shop near any holiday. I don't want another associate to have to tell me that my purchases don't qualify for the discount. It is embarrassing to them as well as to me.

Had a Item Return and they kept me for 15 mins waiting and it’s around 9.30 Pm (Extremely Dead). And after 15 mins a Black Short Lady with Glass show up with a bad attitude . Throughout my box (Are you Serious) and i was asked her “ma’am are you in hurry” and she comeout with some bad words to me . Seriously ! come on I’m a “MVC Holder(Most Valuable Customer) ”is this is how you treat me . Very Poor Customer Service. Didn’t expect that at all . Whatever happen Customer will be the first . That’s how it’s going . Anyways Thank you . Wouldn’t recommend this Place after 9 pm if that lady on the floor 😂.

This place is a wreck. It is extremely unorganized. The clothing department has no logical organization to it. It’s as if they hang stuff up where ever there’s room. The shoe department always looks like a tornado hit it. This place needs new management ASAP!
