I want to leave this review for Jo Thompson. I'm not sure which department she works in, but she's near the robes. I know this because I was on a quest to get a fluffy robe for the cold days ahead, and when I called in, I was transferred to her area. Jo went above and beyond what I'm accustomed to - she took photos of the robes she had and texted them to me along with prices and offered to set up a dressing room for me when I got there. I ended up going home instead because the weather was getting bad, but I was blown away by her customer service. No store associate has ever offered to send me pictures of what I was looking for! So thank you, Jo. I'll be sure to make a trip to Kohl's real soon. :)

I had great customer service! I was hunting for the letter A in a personalized Christmas stocking, and one of the ladies spent a ton of time trying to find it for me! This was only my 1st or 2nd time shopping in a Kohl's, but I was pleased! :)

Easy return experience. I bought shoes for a friend here, only to realize that I had accidentally gotten the wrong size. I also neglected to keep the receipt. It was still quick and easy to get a cash refund - I just had to swipe the card I used to make the purchase originally.

This is one of the messiest Kohl's I've been to. Clothes all over the floor merchandise not in the right place and I know it's just clerance but geeze tidy it up a bit. I work in retail and I know a bit or two about store appearance. This store is lacking in that department.

Large kohl's outlet with good selections. Had an unusual amount of unshelved or unracked clothes at fitting rooms and few employees. Checkout line alone took 1 hour at 3pm on a Saturday.
