Always good deals.  Good location.  Clean store.  Get on the email list for more bargains.  Get the Kohl's charge card for even more discounts.  Good quality.  The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

The Shakopee Kohls is our favorite Kohls location to shop at. Always very clean and well managed. The GM does an excellent job. We both worked in retail early in our careers so we know what it takes to have a nice store.

I'm more and more dissatisfied with shopping here. Sure they have good deals and you can almost always get 15-30% extra off, but the last 3 times I've gone there to get something I saw in an ad, they didn't have it in the store. I'm not sure if it's just the Shakopee location that's like this or all of them but Kohl's online is much more reliable, and you can ship it to the store for free.

Good store to buy shoes and clothes. They have good sale and their coupons option is very helpful. Good products at a reasonable price. Friendly staff & their customers service is great.
