Love the staff there. Always friendly and helpful. Great place to sell or trade in toys or clothes that your kids no longer need. Great selection and quality of their merchandise. Definitely recommend this place.

I am ecstatic with my latest visit to Once Upon a Child. The staff went above and beyond the Call of Duty. They were closing up and I just so happen to stroll by and catch my eye on the cutest holiday dress for my little girl it was perfect for Santa pictures! I thought to myself if I wait until open there is a good chance this dress will be gone. I took a chance I tapped on the window and the lovely associate not only open the door but also welcome to me and and allowed me to buy the dress. I have shopped here before and I will definitely shop here again. I love the service. The staff is so friendly. Thanks from a loyal customer

This is my favorite OUAC. My kids will ask me to go even though it's not close. Great selection & great prices.
