My had a horrible day at Kohl's in thorndale Pa.she had a gift card form christmas she used week and a half ago and returned them instead of giving a store credit card the lady at customer service wrote on the receipt. So when she went to use the receipt today she was told they never do that they put it on a card,my mom was so upset ,she was not lying or trying to get free stuff ,they ganged up on her management and staff ,I think customer service took the card for themselves they know they could get over on a senior citizen, will never shop there again don't let your mom go by herself cause they will take advantage of her

Smaller store. Employees are friendly. Not my fave Kohl's.

OK Kohl's.  A little smaller than most, but online pick-up was great.

The place has decent deals sometimes in the clearance and the other sections but it feels very cold and unwelcoming.
