Great experience at this Kohl's location!!  Had never been to this location but was instantly impressed!!!  Fantastic customer service when making a return and AMAZING customer service when checking out!!!  This Kohl's store was HUGE and had SO much selection.  We had made the Lewis Center location our home Kohl's store but I think we will be changing that after visiting this Kohl's!!  Westerville Kohl's will probably become our new home Kohl's store!!!

This is my neighborhood Kohl's. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they sold JNCO Jeans. What a decade the 90s was. Anyway, the selection here is pretty good. They do an okay job at keeping up with popular trends. This is also a decent place to buy a pair of basic chucks (Converse) or some work shoes. I wish their shoe selection was a little more diverse (I miss those big skater shoes they used to sell), but otherwise I have no complaints. About half of my current wardrobe was purchased here in the last half a decade. The parking lot is large and the store is usually clean. Their carts are adorable too. This place is especially busy during big sales and the holidays. However, they usually have like a dozen cash registers so even long lines aren't usually too bad. Their return department is relatively hassle free as long as you follow the rules. I haven't had a bad experience here yet.

Staff members are nice and helpful. It can get a little busy from time to time like many Kohl's do. Pretty clean and a good layout of the store.

Messy department store with high prices and lots of coupons. It's too much to figure if you're getting a deal or not. 

I was there for black Friday shopping and the line was wrapped to the back of the store. To my surprised the line went quickly. So that's a plus.

I'm sure you can find what you need in other places. 

Not worth check it out unless you're a Kohls fan.

My late wife and I have gone to this Kohl's for over 30 years it's a good store neat clean good people lots of help and always well stocked
