I love this store & with the exception of one, all the employees are great! I USUALLY look for a particular brand and can count on them to price it at least 1\2 of what they retail. I have seen ALL walks of life & even their employees are really diverse. I have been disappointed in prices but that goes on in ANY retail establishment. I'm ALWAYS happy when I leave!

I've been going here for years. In the last 5 years, things have been MUCH different. I take quality clothing in, they look through it (I think) and tell me they can't purchase anything. OK. Take the SAME basket to ANY other Platos and they end up buying most of my stuff. This has happened to me FIVE times at the Westerville store so I won't be going back. I asked her why not the heels? They are almost new. She told me they can't sell them. What? There are heels everywhere in here and a lady i line buying 2 pair behind me. The clothes aren't that great and they turn great items down. Done going there.

Really nice store. Everything is very well organized and it is easy to shop. Staff was also very friendly and helped answer questions, get fitting room, etc.

Love this store and always very friendly professional employees. Store is always well organized and clean. This location has a bigger variety if clothes then any of the other Plato's I have been to.

Super unimpressed with their selection. I went looking for clothes to wear to work and 90% of their stock was from Forever21. Definitely resale for young girls and tweens, not for anyone 20+. The store was clean and the staff were nice.
