Store is always clean. Cashiers and customer service reps are friendly. 

Departments are fairly easy to navigate and usually in order.

The greatest thing is their online ordering. So simple and it's always ready. A kiosk closer to the entrance door would be nice.

One of my favorite places to shop! Always friendly service, usually more than enough associates on the sales floor. Are very good with order online/pick up in store orders. Fitting rooms are neat & clean.

Had a return and the manager went above and beyond making it right. Store was very neat and clean. Lots of merchandise to choose!

My experience with customer service was abysmal. I was sold a defective product and it took me a trip to the store, an online chat session, and a call from a customer service rep to try to get a replacement... And no, the issue was never resolved. I just got my money back. I'll probably avoid shopping at Kohl's from now on.
The sales people and the cashier were really nice when I bought the things I came for though.

Some good deals with coupons. Reg. Prices are high so discounts are questionable. Shoe dept. Always in disarray.
