Lots of great deals, especially when you have coupons. Be sure to check out the clearance racks...You might get lucky and find the item you want in your size for cheaper than consignment or thrift store! Other items are of good quality and I never had a problem with returns or finding what I need.

I love JCPENNY'S, I shop there all the time. Can't go wrong with their prices, and all the employees are always friendly.
