Rude and unfriendly service on the phone.  We made a mistake when searching for a dolphin tour in Galveston, and realized a couple hours before our tour that we made the reservation in the wrong city!  Oh no!! We thought we'd be given some compassion as tourists to at least reschedule for another day... wrong... rudest service and unkind personnel I've ever encountered.   "When you made your hotel reservation, did you check the location on that?" was the response we got followed by her hanging up on us.  Hopefully you don't treat all your customers that way... or keep your bad attitudes to a minimum for your business growth's sake.

My family had the BEST time this evening with the Kohootz Dolphin Encounters. It was so much fun! We saw tons of dolphins and the crew is so full of interesting info. One of the best experiences! We will definitely be back.

The staff from making the appointment to the crew was amazing. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable.  Saw a lot of dolphins..and everyone on the boat got hreat close up views on both sides of the boat of the dolphins.  Definitely recommend and would do it again.
