I took my 2006 Dodge sprinter here. I was told I needed a whole new turbo system by the dealership. Kollmar determined it was only a sensor issue. Saved my company 5K! I have and will continue to recommend these guys.

I’ve been here twice now and can tell you they are knowledgeable and honest people. Unfortunately they could not fix a sensor problem I had on my 2011 sprinter so I had to go to the Mercedes-Benz dealership and pay twice as much as what Kollmar was going to charge me. BUT the great thing was that they spent close to 4 hours diagnosing and problem solving the issue before referring me and didint charge me anything for their time. I will continue to go here for that reason.

I had my Sprinter towed 25 miles to Kollmar from another shop in Bonney Lake that checked it and said I needed a new engine. Kollmar checked it and said the only problem was a bad 250.00 oil cooler. They did an elaborate flush and I was back on the road.
 I brought it back a few days later to get a window installed, adjust the parking brake and a few other things. They jumped on it immediately and I was there less than an hour. They only charged a modest amount for the window. No charge for labor. I was surprised. Had I found a ripple in a time/reality continuum?

I highly recommend Jay and Chris at Kollmar. They always have a good answer for your Sprinter questions. They saved me many thousands of dollars and tons of stress. Im sure I will continue to take my Sprinter there when needed. I feel fortunate to have found them.

Very satisfied. I worked with Jay and Chris and both were highly knowledgeable about sprinters. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time  comes.
