We decided to have Sunday lunch at Kona Grill because we had been there before and did have a very good experience. However, this time it was a disaster, even though Mike the manager tried his best to resolve the issue. We ordered the Pad Thai shrimp noodles, Jambalaya, and Pork sliders. The food was cold when it came out, old and tasteless. To be specific, the Pad Thai was made with old expired eggs because it smelt horrendous, the pork sliders were cold and the Jambalaya was just watery with no flavour. We were so hungry after waiting forever, so we ate what we could, and decided never to come back again. However, the waitress asked us how the food was, and I told her it was horrible. At that point she had an attitude and left to get Mike the manager. The girl has an attitude because when we asked for the desert menu, she just handed it over and took off. We had to look over the menu back and forth to figure out the dessert section, which was a smaller section on the menu instead of her pointing it out and making recommendations. Subsequently, she ignored me and only spoke to my husband because she took it personally when I said the food was bad. However, she turned around and started to acknowledge me when she got over her attitude. Even though, Mike personally bought dessert for us and took it off the bill we will not go there again. We kept telling the manager we don't want any free food or dessert, we were just giving feedback on horribly made food because the waitress asked us. Nevertheless, I got home, and was very sick the whole night. It was a horrible experience. I will not go there again.

A really great place to visit! The food is very tasty here. The staff is super duper friendly. And try the carrot cake which is phenomenal. Two thumbs up to this place good job managers

Awesome place to come for some fun with the family. Decent number of veggie options and also kid friendly. Service and cocktails are awesome.

Food was good, service was excellent but the place had an odd smell and my silverware was dirty. I ordered a beverage and the glass was dirty. It's too bad that this place has cleanliness issues because the food and service is very good

The most delicious place for sushi . The best service ever . Super clean and high end. Sebrena is the best server , service was super quick. 😊😊
