My kids were very nervous going in. They were very friendly , and took their time with the kids. And as a Mom, I love that I can go back with them. It made my kids feel less nervous and mom too! :) They now have 5 happy patients returning.

This place has helped my little ones feel welcomed. They work so well with kids and explain everything they are doing. Dr. Lee and Shalesa were both good with my daughter. Thank you Kool Smiles!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful but the assistant and hygentist were pushy and rude. I paid cash for my kids' appointment and did not expect that level of ignorance from trained professionals. Never again.

I thought that all the people working there were very nice but there are way to many patients being seen and it was an hour and a half before my daughter was seen.

Writing this as I sit here. since arriving early 1:45pm to my 2pm appointment as of 3:42pm i have yet to be seen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! asked staff and there answer was "emergencies take priority" I have never been to such a crappy place for dentistry ever. Unfortunately there isn't many oral surgeons. If you decide to come here plan on 3 hours of your day to be wasted
