I always have the best experience when I visit this office. All of the staff is friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they are great at what they so. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery. I am all out of wisdom teeth so I don't foresee any future visits, but if I ever need oral surgery I will come back here.

I found out this past Tuesday, December 19, 2017, I would need to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I was referred to a practice nearby who specializes in oral surgery. So I walked over to The Maryland Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. I wanted to set up an appointment ASAP because I was in agony. At the front desk I was greeted warmly by Miss Connie. She was so friendly and hard working. I later met Miss London, who was equally warm and friendly. Miss Connie scanned my insurance cards, and gathered my personal information so I would not have to do that at the time of my appointment. My dentist told me I may have to wait a little as college kids were back in town for the holidays, and most of them were also having their wisdom teeth extracted. Imagine my surprise when Miss Connie told me she could schedule me the very next day at 11:15. I almost jumped for joy. Since both Miss Connie and Miss London represented this practice, I knew I was going to be well cared for by Dr. Hyatt, the doctor I would be seeing. When I walked in Miss Connie addressed me by name. Considering the number of patients they see daily, I was very happy that she remembered me. Wait time was perhaps 10 minutes until I was taken back to a room. Miss Samantha was wonderful and told me she would be assisting Dr. Hyatt. When Dr. Hyatt came in, he warmly introduced himself. He had a great sense of humor which really put me at ease. He explained what he would be doing. I received a topical numbing agent so I would not feel the shots of Novocain. Easy peasey. Dr. Hyatt explained I would feel nothing, just some pressure as he worked. One, two, three and the procedure was over. I couldn’t believe it. Miss Sam explained to me how I should care for my mouth for the next two days. When I was leaving, I told Miss Connie and Miss London how professional each person was to me, and how nice everyone was in the office.. I hope I never need oral surgery again, but if I do, I will call Miss Connie and have her schedule my appointment. Both she and Miss London worked well with each other, and truly seemed to love their jobs. Truly, if you ever need any type of oral surgery, do yourself a favor and call the Maryland Center for Oral Surgery. I guarantee it will be a pleasant experience. I wish all of you happy holidays and a happy and healthy new year.

I found out about Dr. Michael Schwartz reading Baltimore Top Docs, when I needed a large cavity filled tooth Extracted. I got a quick consult appt and in a few days the actual extraction appt! The office staff is absolutely wonderful! They processed my insurance and let me know the co pay . The offices are clean and very modern. Dr. Schwartz was very patient with me and he calmed my fears. He used a numbing gel on my gums prior to the injection of numbing agents. I felt NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! Dr. Schwartz kept checking to see if I felt any discomfort. The extraction was so quick and professional I was surprised when we were done. That was the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I cannot say enough about Dr. Schwartz. Afterwards they gave me gauze to take home and went over my post op instructions so I understood what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Schwartz called me at home to make sure I was not in pain and not bleeding too much. I will recommend this practice to everyone I know. Truly wonderful experience from front desk, and hygienist to the housekeeper was excellent. Thank You so much Dr. Schwartz and staff!

I am very angry with Dr Hyatt and his staff. I called and asked Dr Hyatt to call me regarding an issue I had but Dr Hyatt couldn't be bothered to talk to me, instead he had one of his assistants call me. I am also angry because I feel like I was treated like just another piece on an assembly line. Every person is different and each person should be treated like an individual and I wasnt.

Very professional. Dr. Hyatt was amazing. He even called me in the evening after service to confirm I was ok. Awesome Job!
