I love the staff here! They are all very friendly, informative and cooperative. I have a 3yr old boy & they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable while having his teeth worked on. Dr.Zhao is terrific and very understanding when it comes to parents concerns. My son loves Ms.Ashley & Ms.Ruby is now his new friend, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a child, they have a play area for the children while they wait to be called and even see adults. I will continue to bring my son here because I know his best interest is most important to the staff.

Kool smiles in HOLYOKE is great! The Dental Assistants, Dentists, & the front desk staff are all wonderful. My son Devin is really nervous about going and the staff does a wonderful job at helping him relax and relieve his fears. By the time we leave he's smiling and happy and that's all I can really ask for. I highly recommend Kool Smiles to everyone I know.

My son had to get some work done, everyone here at the office was very attentive to my son and I. They made sure I understood everything and that I felt comfortable. and that my son felt comfortable and that he was safe. That also made sure that it was done right but quickly. Im so glad I came here instead of anywhere else. I will forever recommended this location and this entire staff!

Completely amazed by them!  Kathy and Rosa are beyond helpful.  I would recommend Kool Smiles Holyoke to everyone. Love them!

It was a wondefull experience. My doughter has autism and don't do well on dentist. I appreciate the patience they had and how they where able to talk to her during the procedure and keep her calm. You guys did a great job!!
