Staff is extremely pleasant, office is immaculate and for the first time in my life I was comfortable with my dentist! He was straight forward and thorough while playful and compassionate. I am so happy I found them!

One of the hygienists, Valerie, took the time to answer all my MANY questions. She was professional, kind and warm. All the staff are gentle, considerate, responsive and wonderful. I highly recommend this office!

In the past, I've had extremely negative experiences with dentists and the dental work they've performed for me. Because of that, I have avoided going to a dentist for quite a few years, resulting in my teeth not being in the best shape. After doing quite a bit of research, I found River Valley Dental. On my first visit, I got a full consultation and the doctor and I laid out a plan. He took the time to listen to my fears and what I considered high priority. From there we started off slow upon his recommendation, so that I felt comfortable with him and satisfied with the dental work. I'm so happy with the progress made! My smile feels healthier, cleaner, and stronger. Thank you so much River Valley Dental.

The staff at River Valley Dental - South Hadley is just top-notch. No matter what the situation, they go out of their way to reassure you and walk you through any procedure. They're flexible with appointments and payments. Truly a most outstanding dental office. Whether expected or unexpected, you can be sure that the folks at River Valley will take care of you and make you feel a part of the family!

After finishing my recent dental checkup, Valerie showed me different ways to prevent plaque buildup and provided some samples to try at home. Even though I thought I was doing a decent job, she provided me with information and samples on how to do a little more for prevention. She spent time to do this and I certainly did not feel rushed. Thank you.
