My grandchild and I both had a very nice experience at Kool Smiles.  All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.  They (including the dentist) explained everything quite thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions.  Both of us left the appointment in good moods.  This is a great thing for both of us.  Thanks to every person at Kool Smiles for their kindness and professionalism.

I recently took my granddaughter back to Kool Smiles for dental work.  Dr. Downing is absolutely wonderful with children.  He does not rush them or scold them in any way.  He is patient, kind, and encouraging to them.  He is definitely a dentist who is a treasure to have working with your children.  His assistant, Amy M. is also a treasure.  She is so kind to children and soft spoken.  She makes them comfortable and is great at lessening their stress and/or fear while in the dental chair.  They are fabulous and I would not take my grandchildren anywhere else but Kool Smiles.  Victoria Kaelin

After all the Dental offices I've known, this is my favorite.  They are so friendly and  competent.  At the front desk - George welcoming you in, to the Dental Techs (Jennifer who cleaned my teeth) and finally the wonderful Dr. Thomas Sagrera who is the best!  I feel like they are my 'family' for dental care.  Thanks so much!

Some of the women who work their are not to friendly. One in particular. Other than that, the dentists are very friendly and helpful.

Uh they wanted to give my 6 yo three root canals. I didn't take her back after that. I took her to another dentist and she just needed fillings. They were going to put my daughter through pain just for the money. THEY ARE AWFUL!
