We were in the driver's license office a total of 30 minutes and the vehicle licensing office maybe 20 minutes. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. It was busy but the line moved fast.

Had to renew my drivers license - I didn't even get a chance to sit down after taking a number. In and out in maybe 15 minutes. The lady assisting me was friendly and efficient. I was almost disappointed because I brought a book to read during the wait I was anticipating!

Closes Coeur d'Alene branch on Fridays. Why??? Only two people waiting on customers with main branch closed on Friday before both branches are closed following Monday for holiday. Came in they were on number 26, my number is 85. Need to plan taking day off work just to get drivers license renewed. They need to get better hours, keeping both office open Monday through Friday and increase staff to handle size of community.

It's the DMV people! This is as good as it gets. Nice staff. Very helpful. Usually knowledgeable. Usually not much of a wait. Be nice to them and certainly be courteous and professional to you. Whoops, my number is being called already. Cheers.
