Backwoods, redneck country grocers have more local, natural and organic foods. This relic from days gone by has more hydrogenated oil and preservatives on the shelves than a typical pet foods store. Not sure how it's ever survived this long with this model.

Staff extreamly rude. Been in here multiple times and they are always a bunch of ass holes. Simply asked if they had salid dressing and the man on the phone coped an attitude with me. I've given them multiple chances because I live so close to them but they never fail to be just a of nasty people.

I went to Korte's for the first time yesterday around 1:00 pm CST. And let me tell you something-- my experience at Korte's fine foods was truly magical. The selection at Korte's is divine. The meat section of the store has a fragrant aroma comparable only to the smell of the cherry blossoms of Tokyo. The moment I wandered into that enchanting marketplace, I knew it was where I wanted to die. Apart from the wonderful food of this food haven, the service was OUTSTANDING--- friendly and helpful employees, cute baggers, and authentic managers. I can say without doubt that Korte's is my grocer of choice, forever and always. With love, Ryan G
