Have always had a positive experience at this store, but wanted to highlight a particularly memorable experience with the staff which merited a 5-star reciew; there was some confusion at the meat deli which led to us purchasing the wrong cut of meat. We were home before we realized this, and promptly turned around. When we arrived back at the store and explained the situation, not only were we refunded for the additional expense, but were handed a complimentary bouquet of flowers to take home! A sweet gesture that will keep us shopping local with Kowalski’s.

This is my go to store and has been for years!  I'm never disappointed.   Best place to fine a nice unique gift for someone also!

I've always LOVED this store, but hadn't considered writing a review until today. I had a great customer service experience with Will yesterday. He was so helpful and kind and really deserves some recognition. Thank you Kowalski's and Will for being so awesome!

Kowalski's is the BEST grocer in the Twin Cities and this is the best of the stores. Kowalski's offers amazing food and stellar service, but the Grand Avenue location is hands down, my favorite. I have been shopping at this location for 20+ years; their deli is absolutely amazing and their private label offerings keep getting better and better. Keep up the good work!

Great grocery store, lots of fresh produce and really good deli items. A little on the pricier side, but sell very good products. Recently renovated to add a liquor store and expand the building. I would note that they have really good bakery items, but you need to get there early!
