Story

Kosel AC & Heating started their company due to friends and family wanting to get a fair shake and quality repair service at the same time in the Austin area. So, in June of 2001, Kosel AC & Heating Inc. was established. We immediately began to pickup business when word got out that Steve was now an independent contractor. Word has spread so far in fact that we have had contracts stretching across Texas in Lubbock, Houston, Corpus, and Dallas.

We are proud to say we specialize in not only heating and cooling but also refrigeration services. Commercial restaurant chains have been using our expertise since 2009! New Construction companies have loyally used us since 2005!

Don’t fret now! All those commercial services opportunities didn’t come out of nowhere. Our residential business was all word of mouth from friends of our friends and family. We’d love to expand and share our fair pricing, reliability, and expertise with your family too!

I could not be happier about the service and capability from the team at Kosel.  We have had countless companies come out to try and resolve an issue we had been experiencing for more than a decade.  Steven came out and identified the problem rather easily and for a very reasonable price.   We had other issues that they helped us out with in the past, and when we had a minor hiccup, the owner personally called to make sure the issue would be resolved.  They are very prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and answer your needs with concern.  Thank you Kosel!

My thermostat was completely blank.  I changed the batteries and checked the breakers and nothing.  They came out within 2 hours and found the oxidized wire!   He temporarily fixed until I get the new thermostat.  Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest!

Mark arrived on time and was very professional and quick with our repair.  He also discussed options 
that were offered by Kosel for preventative maintenance if we decided that was an option for us.
He discussed any future repairs that we might need.  Kosel AC & Heating has always given us GREAT service - even came once on Mother's Day!!  Thanks!

I have a dual zone system that needed to be rebalanced as well as replacing a coil.  It is evidently a pretty complicated system as I had a couple of people not want to work on it. Mr. Kosel gave me a precise analysis of work to be done, completed it on time, and made 3 follow up visits to tweak the balancing to the renters preferences.   I am very happy with the work that they did, and I feel as if it was a great value for the money.
