The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the flavors! The only complaint is the staff were talking too much which took longer for the orders to get out but other than that, 5 stars
Tried the Chicken DÖNER KEBAB. The pocket was super huge and filling. The chicken was very tangy and tender. The vegetables and feta cheese complemented the crispy pocket. Highly recommend.
Stopped here for a "quick" bite before the weekend was over. It's inside the Dekalb Market Hall near the escalator. We ordered two döner kebabs. One beef, one chicken. The total came to about $33. I was curious if they'd made some mistake, but as we watched them assemble these behemoths, we were assured the price was no error. We stopped by Fort Green Park to eat our respective döners, and needless to say, neither of us could finish, despite exceedingly wanting to, due to the delicious flavors and spices. While not as authentic as a döner stop at 2am in Munich, this place will fill you UP with tasty kebab meat. If you're looking to try it with a friend, trust me, split one kebab. Loved it!
With a heavy heart I’m writing this . I was one of the daily customer of your’s before pandemic. After returning back to my school, I wanted to go back and grab the doner kebab roll. Employees are changed and behaviours too , along with the food quality and taste. The roll was horrible, the meat was probably cooked few days ago. It wasn’t the meat that they show case in the store. It smelled like it was prepared a day before. Not returning here again.
delicious sandwich and beer options. the meat is so moist, i’ll use this less than ideal word to describe it as such. had doner kebab in germany and this is as close as i’ve gotten to that taste in american.
All ingredients are fresh, the bread is fluffy on the inside and it comes warm with a crunchy crust. It tastes very good but I have to rate it one star short because the dressing/sauce is not an authentic "German-Döner-Sauce". So, for those of you who never had a Döner in Germnay before: You're gonna love it. Those like me with a graving for a Döner like you get it at home: You might be a bit disappointed.
First the good: the bread, veggie fillings, and sauce were spot on. The flavors came together really well. The bad: I was the only person who had ordered & was waiting - took 17 minutes to get the sandwich. I ordered the beef option +$2 and it was a shockingly small portion of under seasoned and overcooked sirloin, less than 3 oz. The beef had no flavor, what little of it that there was, and it looked and tasted like it was leftovers from a two day old fajita.
Delicious and authentic!! Must stop in BK at Dekalb Market. Great atmosphere and ownership is kind and informative. Great atmosphere and will definitely return. Vegetarian options: Fresh and Delicious
Ok so! It’s not bad. I had the chicken wrap kebab. The flavors are bland. They’re bland but I think if the wrap was mixed better you can get a good bite here and there. Otherwise, customer service was nice and timely. I just need a lil more flavor.
Big fan, I’ve been to the Dekalb market location in Albee Square quite a few times. I’ve only had the sandwiches, the large sandwich is a huge amount of food for me while they have the Doner slider which obviously is a smaller version of their regular sized sandwich. Honestly the slider is filling and always great for lunch.
