The french fries at this restaurant is phenomenal, I had to order it twice because it was so good! I got regular hand cut french fries along with a couple different choices of sauces. The curry ketchup is pretty creative &’ there’s a pesto sauce that I think really goes well with the fries. Customer service was also pretty good. John was super helpful and kind! I would definitely come back!
Wonderful experience, will come back without a doubt. The food is so delicious and the service was awesome, Jesus and Angel took such a good care of us. We ordered yummy Pommes and were totally transported to Berlin. They also allowed my service dog to be seated with me without a problem or hesitation.
The servings have decreased tremendously. Three months ago the portions were much bigger. Now you will get a handful of fries for a large order that cost 13 bucks. I purchased 3 large orders of truffle fries and was greatly disappointed. The bag was handed to me, I had to confirm that 3 orders were in the bag. Given there are so many vendors within Citypoint, I wouldn't waste my time or money at this place again.
First time trying with my man and kids and it was awesome!! Great service and delicious food. Angel took very good care of us, along with another female. She was African American forgive me for forgetting her name. She was very sweet and helped us choose something we wind up loving!
Moritz has the best variety of fries you can find in Brooklyn. Fresh hand cut with delicious toppings!! My absolute favorite are the truffle fries and Dutch fries! We also had the Schnitzel which was super fresh and Bert tasty. Staff was super kids friendly!!!
Just soggy overpriced fries. Barely any onions in the “loaded.” Their logo looks like a knock off of Bel-Fries. No thanks to the owner, this is actually my second time giving this place a chance, first time before the concept changed to fries. Also almost forgot about the service which was too long for the soggy fries. Seemed like the guy at the counter was just waiting for his coworker to return from break instead of finishing the orders himself.
Ordered the fried chicken sandwich and small order of fries and was pretty disappointed. Fries were super soggy, sandwich was a small piece of chicken that was mediocre at best. It's called pomme frites which are usually crispy but these fries were just soggy and disappointing. Only saving grace was my kids were alright eating them. I regret spending my money and time getting food here when there are so many other delicious spots in DeKalb Market. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Fast delicious food! Stopped here to get something different than the regular mcd’s or shake shack stops. Food was delicious. The two gentleman who took and cooked my order were super kind. Support small business!
I'm a huge fry fan. I stumbled upon Moritz Pommes Frites Bar while looking for Trader Joe's. I ordered a small Pomme Frite. When my food came I was given the most amazing curried dipping sauce. I plan on going back before I head back home to Florida. The staff was very friendly and professional
It took 50 minutes for a small fries at a fast food place!, and they weren’t busy to begin with. They also proceeded to serve 4-5 customers who came well after us. When we want to leave, their behavior was unprofessional and they did not even bother to make an effort to make this right. Try anywhere else.
