After I signed my second lease they got new management (3 months ago) about two weeks after I signed it mold started showing up in my bathroom so I told the lady up front. She says we'll send someone down to paint over that for you... No one ever came I sat there all day(since then I've told them 2 more times still no show). There's always trash everywhere outside. Someones dog pooped in the hallway it was there for a day and a half. How the heat works is it's either off or fully on it won't work if you try putting it on a medium setting. There's kids always running up and down the halls at all times. I've even had to stop two little kids from juppming a kid in front of my door. The trash by the door is always full. Not many people pick up thier dogs poop and I step in it when I try taking my dog out. Now on top of it if you pay rent with a money order you can't even be one penny over or you'll have to go and get a new one. If you ask them to fix anything they charge you even if they don't of it... My hall door always gets stuck since I moved in and they said they would fix it and when they did I got a bill for $80 even though I fixed it all they did was look at it and leave. Then when I was moving in the lady said we could over in a week early for free and I got a bill saying I have to give them $160 for the week. I'm sick of this place it's so nasty.

This company is the worst. They are claiming I owe them 4000.00... Not even. They are not right! They refuse to work with you. The staff is very un-   professional. Everybody there is juiced in meaning they are all related. And the turn over rate is horrible. All of these comments are true. Don't rent from them.

This place is a joke. We were completely misled from the start. We were shown a nice upgraded apartment, with AC in the living room and bedroom, a huge walk in closet/pantry, and a vanity and sink the the bedroom. I specifically asked if we would have all those things in our apartment, she said yes. When we walked into our actual apartment after signing the lease, there were none of those things. When I called her out on it she literally said, "I'm sorry, I just got caught up in the apartment I was showing you". Also the vanity in our bathroom was moldy. Their idea of fixing it was peeling a piece of moldy wood off and nailing a new piece of wood over the moldy wood left behind. We've complained 3-4 times and it's been 9 months of living with a moldy vanity. The elevator is scary and dangerous. Every few months they have to get it fixed and then shortly after it starts shaking and making loud grinding noises again. The laundry machines are always out of order and eating peoples money, and management won't give you your money back. At one point the entire 3rd floors laundry machines were out of order for 3-4 weeks. The management can't keep anything straight. We have gotten eviction notices on multiple occasions for 'not paying rent', and when we called them asking what it was about since we've always payed our rent they say, oh it's our bad, it must have been a system error. We have also had 'maintenance' come into our apartment a handful of times without any notice whatsoever, after requesting multiple times that they give us notice if they are going to be entering our apartment. Our oven is from the 90's and didn't even come with oven racks initially, I had to call them and tell them, and then they proceeded to bring dirty, used oven racks and scrub them on my kitchen floor before putting them in and saying, there you go. I could go on and on, but just take my advice and read the reviews and listen to them prior to moving in here!!

Never mind all the negative  comments you are reading this place is full cockroaches I have lived here sense  December of 2016 I will be moving out in a Few  short months not only that your car will get broken into everyday management  is lazy the care takers  are even more lazy the amount of money that they want for cockroache infested place of living

This place is horrible don’t rent here there staff is lazy it has moldy walls and nasty kitchen there stove didn’t work they never put in a new one had so many things not work when I first moved in got my car broken into twice and someone crashed into my door they couldn’t figure out who it was office people with kids would let them do whatever like knock on doors and run but they never got introuble because they were the staffs kids I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone
