Dr. Updegraff is by far the best doctor I have ever trusted to handle my care. She knows her patients names, remembers their kids, etc. That personal attention is hard to find. Her knowledge base is amazing. She takes time to sit with you as if she is trying to experience exactly what a patient is going through and how they are feeling. I am not an outgoing person but Dr. Updegraff is someone who has made me feel Safe enough to share anything with her. The word Amazing doesn't begin to describe her. All I can say is i am thrilled to have found a Family care Doctor that is a superstar at her job. 5+ stars.

Super doctor.  Very easy to talk to, very thorough, and actually listens to you.  Finally feel like I have a great doctor!

Although I agree she's great, I have been waiting an hour and a half now for a physical and she's still not in the room. This happened last year for my physical too. When I was sick and called the day I was sick, she couldn't see me and I had to go to urgent care and pay way over my co-pay that I would've paid if I saw her. Good or not, this is ridiculous.
