My experience with the staff (Lily) was absolutely wonderful from a previous phone communication to meeting her in the office (5/26/17) . Today was great! the practitioner was wonderful can't remember her name, but she was great! her timeliness and attention was most appreciated. Dr. Murphy did come in and assisted her and he was very kind. Today's visit was great! First time experiencing this at the doctor's office and I have been affiliated with them about 3 years. SSS

I see Dr. Murphy. He is attentive. I never feel rushed. He is well spoken and well informed. The office staff and lab staff is amazing. Very friendly and polite.

Writing this on behalf of my partner. On top of being at the place for four hours to get treated for a cough and a standard physical, the front desk staff were incompetent. They sent him to the lab to give his insurance information. What is the lab technician going to do with his insurance card? We now have received a bill for $700 because they did not bill the insurance. So you mean to say they took the time to send us a bill, but not to send the bill to the insurance? Because the insurance company is saying they've never recieved it. Outrageous, he tested this office out first to see if we should make it our family doctor but this obviously will not be happening. Dr. Murphy was nice but the staff needs to get it together.

I feel I was not given a fairness in treatment. The communication with personnel and the doctor are in need of perfecting for clarity and understanding. I was not happy that the doctor was unwilling to work with me and listen to me, but treated me in ways I knew did not honor my rights. This place was trusted to keep my original and other x-rays that I brought to them in attempt to establish a primary doctor, but later one staff member at the front desk stated they did not keep the x-rays and I was informed the Doctor did not look at them. Though the x-rays were being asked to look over to make my referral and him looking at the x-rays would help me to have another doctor to verify future condition in x rays. Therefore my health was not given what I know is value when we care about the health and right of each patient. I was referred to see a doctor of psychology, and never said I did not have plans to see one. However we should, as patients, not be forced into seeing a doctor if the patient is not requesting. Not only this, but a patient needs to pick out her or his own when it comes to vulnerability that us being trotted on. It is also understood on my end that I am to be not made accommodation of any said illness that can cause me to have a hard time making my appointments on time. Why punish someone and take advantage of their situation so easily to deny them health care where they are wanting and needing it and are helpless of the lack of assistance that can help them. Not only this, but no discrimination should ever be felt by anyone and not one life should be told that the whole staff will deny services because one doctor denies it in a letter that does not even explain why and come with a prior letter to warn ahead if time. This is a hostile way of treating living life intentionally. All life should be given a right to its right of dignity. I should not be punished for the effects that my physical and mental health can cause that may effect the way I am able to do things, like making my appointments on time. Is this not taking advantage of people or discrimination that we use ailments that a person has and cannot help to turn her or him down for treatment. If I know that it is inhumane I hope I am not the only human with this understanding and ability to have the humility for.

I see (did) see dr. Watson the past 3 years. He is impossible to get a hold of when he has messed up your medications or if you are in need to ask a question. Prepare to leave at least 3 messages with his nurse before she calls you back and treats you like dirt-(Denice I believe her name is) in her defense, im almost positive she is consistently getting ragged on by his unhappy patients. He will be at least an hour and a half late to EVERY appointment-so don't plan anything after cause you never know when he will greet you with his presents even when you're on time always. or you know....have a life! A lot of time you will not even get him, you'll have a nurse practitioner to your surprise, without being told- so I hope you don't need any new medicine or to change medicines! When he is there, which is more and more rare these days, he will be so rushed through your appointment you won't even be able to get anything out! He goes through nurses like pants also so you are never remembered- this is including your medicine which is why it is often messed up and takes 2 days of feeling sick as a dog, 3 calls(all to voicemail), 2 trips to the office(where a nurse will be too busy to come out and talk to you-so you're sent to the corner to leave a nurse who is in the same building as you, a voice mail that takes over 24 hours to return), 1 call from said nurse to you telling you to come pick up yet again the wrong prescriptions, and then one answered phone call (by the grace of God) from said nurse (Denise) telling you that you don't know what medicine you take, you're wrong/lying( because SHE DID NOT mess up, she's perfect guys) and in the end will have an appointment the next day at 8:30am (you're only choice btw!) to "take it up with him" (tell you're doctor WHAT MEDICINE HE GIVES YOU!!!!!) an appointment you were also told "he WILL be late for". As an excuse for him being a terrible doctor you will hear 1,000 times how he is a "state senator" so you're health obviously doesn't really matter as much to him! Do yourself a favor and go to ANYONE else! Only people who are nice (sometimes/ MOST times...) is the front desk! From the moment you step into this office to see DR.BEN WATSON you will be treated as an inconvenience and receiver HORRIBLE care!!!! You've been warned!
