Pretty interesting.  I have to agree with the "paying for drama" post.  She complained the whole time about everything.  It was bad.  
I thought the parking was good.  As a newcomer to the town I was looking for an easy place to get my hair cut.  I won't go back.  It is too bad.  So, my constructive criticism?  Stop complaining about everything and just cut my hair.  I won't be back to see if you make these changes and because of the negativity, I won't recommend you.
Also, my hair cut was fine.  If I had been paying supercut prices I would have been happy, but I do think you are overpriced for your level of ability.  I don't agree with the other post- it is not affordable, it is quite spendy for a small town.
