Initially I had some major concerns after getting my eye exam here, but ultimately they have gone above and beyond to address my concerns, which had to do with billing. I received superior service. Thank you.

Went through 5 pairs of lenses in six months..  They kept spider webbing, divots appeared inside the glass.  They replaced 4 sets of lenses within 6 months.  The fifth time I asked for my money back, now no one will call me back.  Their products are inferior, and the billing was also screwed up.

This place is great.  I was recommended to Dr. Barnes after having some eye trouble that was not getting resolved with my then current Dr. at Costco.  They went out of their way to get me to see Dr. Barnes as quickly as possible and get me into contacts before my wedding.
Since, I have had a few more eye issues and the gals at the front are always ready to help and problem solve.  They are very patient and committed to finding the right contacts/glasses for you.
I would not go anywhere else in Wenatchee or Leavenworth.
