The overall grocery store is okay. Not the cleaniest store in the world. The pharmacy however is awful. I went in today to get a flu shot. I filled out the required form, which took less than five minutes. After providing my insurance card, I was told that it was only going to be a twenty minute process, from start to finish. After waiting for over a half hour, I asked how long it was going to be? My response was "We are not sure, the phone has been very busy". Terrible customer service!

I am usually the first person to tell everyone how great Kroger is however there are times when the coupons don't come off as they should. it is frustrating but more frustrating are the employees who instead of calling the manager on duty up to help them let a customer stand at the register for 15-plus minutes trying to get the extra dollar off my bill. only one person could do it I was told but when I asked if there was a manager on duty. There was. why didn't she come help? At this point I had to leave. I have been standing there for over 15 minutes waiting for her to come fix the error with my bill. I then asked for customer service number I was told they didn't know the customer service number they came out with a phone number that might be the right number.I then told the girl that I'm sure with this being such a big company that somebody's asked for the customer service phone number before she said not really... I will no longer tell people how great Kroger is and how great the deals are when you have to fight for them and deal with employee's that don't know a customer service phone number.. All employees should have access to a customer service number or call for a manager to help

Never had a bad experience here. Customer service was very helpful and the store is nicely laid out.
