Visited my nearby Kroger's store off North woods blvd. last Friday night. What a trip!
First off I went back to dairy, opened the cooler door looking at the new low crab milk.
Unbeknownst to me, there where some young men I'm guessing stocking the shelf's. Dropping the F$#% bomb, every few seconds. I yelled to the young men in the cooler to watch your mouth!!! Then I left the back of the store and made my way to the Deli to get a pound of sliced ham. It was 8:30 at night and I understand their trying to clean up  to close for the night, but there was 4 people working in the deli that night. All of them where cleaning and totally ignored me standing there. Finally, the young lady that was cleaning the rotisserie machine turned around and told me that one of her coworkers would be with me in a minute. I stood there a few more minutes waiting and finally decided to just give it up and go on home. After I walked away, one of the deli workers came up behind me yelling hello I can help you now!!! I said no thank you, I've changed my mind. She kept trying to get me to come back to the deli counter, evening offering it to me for free. I decline the offer. I wasn't there for a hand out I just wanted someone in the deli to wait on me in a timely manner. On my way to the check out I seen the manager standing up front, so I told him about the foul language I had when opening experienced when I open the dairy cooler door. The manager apologized and stated that he would go back there right now and deal with it. I turned to the checkout to make my purchases I looked up and there's the manager going out the front door helping another customer. So I asked the girl that was standing there when I had complain to the manager why he didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do. The young lady stated that he had to help that other customer first. I never expected to hear such foul language and be totally disrespected while waiting on service at the deli counter from Kroger's

Deli is SUPER filthy!  Be careful buying anything in the Deli to feed to your family. They could possibly get deathly ill................stay away from Deli!  Consider going to a different Kroger store. I had a private tour of a different deli in the area ( not Englewood) today. AMAZING difference in cleanliness!

A better selection at the deli counter would be nice. Id like to see some Boars Head brand lunch meat. Produce is hit or miss. Have had a lot of things spoil shortly after bringing them home.

Greeted by an employee while I was browsing, ended up coincidentally checking out in their lane.
Very genuine person, who had a solid sense of humor and an impressive grasp on customer service.
I would have to say this Kroger knows who to hire and how to treat their employees! A great experience. Plan to return whenever I'm in the area.

The staff at Krogers are always friendly. Prices are competitive and the selection is great!
