I made a special trip to shop at Rue 21 before the Holiday because of the double Rue weekend, well I didn't receive me Rue bucks because they were out but I was told they would be emailed to me in which they weren't so I called the store days later and was assured by an associate that they would be emailed later. I called once again and was told by management, after she looked up my receipt, that when my email was entered it didn't save so I could come in and the discount would be applied because there was no way to issue me more at that time. The problem with that was, I shop online and was not able to use a code. The store didn't have any of the sizes that I needed which is why I like shopping online as there are more options. I was not happy.
