They have the greatest employees. I love shopping at this store . Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They really care about the customers . It's just a great store.

It's convenient, by my apartment. So I go there frequently. It's an older Kroger , so they don't have all of the things that the newer Kroger does, but it still works.

Went to the Kroger on Denton Highway (by the Post Office) to pick up a couple of items. Went to the 15 or less checkout .. one person in front of me .. and 'Rebecca' (with attitude and tone) told me there were other registers that would check me out. Seriously!!??? When I looked back at her, she pointed to other registers. If I didn't need the items, I would have left the cart and walked out. A young man monitoring customers in line and available registers told me he was opening register 5 and he would be happy to check me out. I told him the rude person at register 1 told me to go to register 6 or 7. He shook his head and said "Please let me take care of you." He also mentioned others had complained about 'Rebecca'. Obviously customer service is not her forte. Thank you Treymane for being so polite when you checked me out. And thank you Thomas for sacking my groceries.

Ok here's my story. I transferred money from my bank account to Western Union. Since I can't drive in a freeway to go to bank. Someone bumped me in a freeway long time ago but still I have a phobia going in there. So since Kroger close to my home and they have WU. And also I've been using WU in Kroger many many times. But this time the staff was not so friendly to me. I had my greencard with me but expired last April while I am waiting for the new card to arrive. Homeland Security said the expired greencard was extended for 1yr while waiting for the new one to come in. And will only work with a receipt from Homeland. But the lady won't take it while it is expired date. I said but that doesn't mean it is invalid. Could you please read the receipt it said it is extended for one year. But she still refused and want the one not expired date. So I asked her if I can talk to the manager. Ofcourse she called the manager. But I was so shocked that he agrees with the staff. I said Sir it is stated in here it is valid while waiting for the new card. He said same thing as the staff they want the unexpired date. Omg! They don't understand Homeland Security processing. It takes months that is the reason they issued a receipt stating the card still valid for one year. I was so embarrassed and left. And swear not to step foot on that store again. For almost 4yrs here in Texas, this store is my favorite. Minimum of $100 weekly I consumed in this store. I even had a VIP card. But today I feel total discriminated of my kind. For some reason, I don't feel welcome. Thank you! Marney from Philippines 🇵🇭
