Family Dollar is close by my house and they have great prices. The people who work there are always pleasant and the products I go in after are always stocked on the shelf. I shop here about 4 times a week and I'm always satisfied.

Sometimes you can find good stuff here. I found a pair of capris that are so comfortable. But when you buy clothing make sure they don't have the security tags just stuck in the middle of the shirt or pants. I've seen this multiple times,instead of putting the tag on the seam so it doesn't cause a hole. Some employees put it smack dab in the middle of the clothing causing a hole that will get bigger and eventually ruin the article of clothing. Other than that it's good. Also make sure you check your food. I bought some sausage that was already past the best buy date. I took it back and exchanged it. The manager apologized and had said someone was not doing their job. But for the most part, I've never had any issues.

This family dollar is great for a quick trip, however, it is a bit dirty, and disorganized. Staff is mostly friendly but you can tell they are over worked and under paid. I do appreciate their efforts.
