I normally only write good reviews about places but this is the worst pharmacy! Kroger is such a great store I thought pharmacy would be as well. They never have enough help, they are rude, and not very knowledgeable. Several times I waited over a week for prescriptions thinking thaty Dr didn't call them in however it was just someone at this pharmacy either not knowing what they are doing or not caring. Time to change!

It's amazing how the same slow rude employees are allowed to keep their job. That is why I switched to Rite Aid on Kim Kent more than a year ago. Only reason I go there is to pick up for a friend. This place has no sense of urgency and acts like they are the only pharmacy in town.

So slow. Drop meds of at 10 am and its 5:00pm and still dont have them. I called and asked three times when they would be done. Each time I was told "Gives us 45 minuets" Im sick and in pain. Guess who's changing pharmacies... This guy.

This is absolutely one of the worst Kroger pharmacies I have ever been to. The staff is EXTREMELY slow, unskilled/unprofessional and rude. The first bad experience I had was when I had ran out of my medication and was supposed to have it automatically filled at the Richmond Kroger they claimed that they never received anything etc, i ended up having to call my Dr multiple times and also the Kroger in my hometown (I moved for Richmond for school) to see what was wrong. Luckily enough for me i used to be a technician at the Kroger pharmacy in Lexington and knew the medication had be filled at another location by mistake (keep in mind the computer TELLS YOU if the medication has been filled elsewhere and let’s you know to call where it has been filled and sent back through the system to be filled at the correct location) but instead i myself had to call to get the prescription sent back through to be filled and not once was offered loan medication (which is given in cases where mishaps happen like this and are SUPOSED to be offered) the second time was when i had taken a prescription to the pharmacy to be filled where first off they treated me very rudely and then took my prescription to be filled and told me it would be about 30 minutes (if you have someone waiting you make it priority to fill their medication first which doesn’t take 30
Minutes) and so i sat and waited for THIRTY MINUTES and when i went back up to the counter they informed me that they didn’t have the medication in stock (also before you take a prescription you check to see if you have it in stock very easily by putting it in the computer) also, every time i have been through the drive through I wait absolutely no sooner than FOURTY minutes to receive my medications. This pharmacy is all around awful and i STRONGLY recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Nicer than the other Kroger pharmacies I've been too.  The staff is fast-moving and respectful.  They also usually give my dog a treat when I take her through the drive-thru with me.
