Very friendly staff but I've been told my prescription was on auto refill 4 consecutive months now and end up having to call for a refill every time when I don't get my notification. Last month they had to completely re-enter all information because they lost it.. I've had this same prescription with them for 2 years now

Terrible customer service. They have lost several of my prescriptions and then do not take responsibility. They will tell you prescriptions are ready and when you show up, they don't have them. Do not waste your time going here. The techs and pharmacist are very unprofessional!

No communication between doctors and pharmacy.  30 minutes to have prescription ready,  2 hours to learn they are out of stock.  Go to other Kroger if you don't want to waste the better half of your afternoon.

I was able to get in and get out with my script in less than 15 min. I love the Drive-thru option.
