Went in for the fist time and the lady that helped me was very nice.  I work in a LTC facility and needed some walker gliders, which were in stock.  I will definitely be back if I need anything.

Poor! Refused to exchange a product for another items because it was past 30 days. This the 2nd time I have received  what I consider poor customer service.  My husband and we're considering an electric recliner but we will go elsewhere for that item. If 30 policy applies to purchases, then the purchase of a chair is out of the question.
