I agree that the wait times here can be a bit long, but this is more than offset by the quality of service. I have used nearly every pharmacy in the greater Dayton area in the last 20 years and I would choose Alex-Bell Kroger over any of them. Their pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always patient, kind, and helpful. They have helped me sort through insurance issues, catch and correct incorrect prescriptions from my doctor, and just generally been supportive.

My mother is on heart medication that she takes 3X per day. Her cardiologist has been sending this prescription and one other refill  to the Alex Bell Pharmacy for 3 days.  When calling to make sure they were ready for pickup, she kept being told they didn't have anything for her.  Now we're being told there are computer problems. Day 4 her visiting nurse had the prescriptions sent to the Siebenthaler store and within hours they were ready. I've always been happy with this store overall. This is the first time this has ever happened; however, this could cause a dramatic even fatal change to my mothers health.  Kroger's has a large presence in the community.  As large as Kroger is, there should be a computer backup plan in place to make sure this does not happen because of the impact to customer service, customer satisfaction and patient care.

Friendly staff that really lives up to the Kroger brand experience. Small town feel here is nice and the employees are very knowledgeable.

The worst customer service I have seen in a long time! Twice today I had to wait for ten minutes to be helped. The first time the staff member was beyond rude. The second time I watched at least five different people work around me while I waited by myself. There was not a single other customer around. Do not use this pharmacy. This location is losing my business for good.
