I was previously employed here and heard nothing but disappointing things from the other employees there just within my first week of working there. Two employees left within my 6 weeks of being there. Before being hired, the owners claimed to treat their employees as family. Nothing could be further from the truth. Employees are treated with little to no respect. The owners are gone constantly due to trips and frequent vacations and hourly rates for employees, compared to standard wages for certified pharmacy technicians, are very low. During my month and a half here, I unfortunately had to call off twice due to family emergencies. The second call off was more serious due to the fact that the family member needed hospice called. My call off request was met with a threat to fire me which made me break down in tears. The owner then said, "Whether or not you come in today, you are DONE." If I was done, then I was done so I hung up. That was the termination of my employment there. When I requested to go pick up my last paycheck, I was told I needed to pay back a debt of $40 to the owner which I was more than prepared to do. I went in to drop off the payment and get my check then was met with a demand for a letter of resignation since I had "abandoned my job." In another review, they replied with an admission that they fired me. I find it funny. Don't support this small business. It saddens me that they have such little regard for their employees. The turn over rate for CPhT's is high here. I hope that they learn that people are not disposable.

NEGATIVE STARS. STOP. BEWARE. DO NOT WORK HERE. POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED BECAUSE THEY WITHOLD PAYCHECKS. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. If you are interested in being a employee go somewhere else. There are several pharmacies in Ohio. The owners are incredibly rude and unorganized. THEY FORCE YOU TO RESIGN AFTER THEY FIRE YOU OVER THE PHONE. There is a reason you see the same faces. THEY CAN NOT KEEP EMPLOYEES. THEY PURCHASE ITEMS FROM OTHER STORES TO SALE FOR MORE MONEY. THE BBB HAS BEEN CALLED ON THEM.

Rude rude rude. Negative 1 stars. Very rude over the phone and pushy. Did not like how aggressive they sounded. Never see new employees. See them one day and they disappear the next. They look arrogant keeping only same people? Seems they fire or they leave. Backed up and slow for tiny pharmacy. Not many workers. Employees look stuck up no matter how nice they greet. Saw one tech make a disgusted face behind counter and being nosey while lady picked her meds up.
