Kroger never had my medicines in stock. Would wait all day to have my prescription filled, then I'd get a text at 6 pm that my meds had to be ordered and I would have to wait 3 more days for it. This happened 3 times. One day I called before I dropped my prescription off to be sure it was in stock. They said yes in stock then when I went to pick up I was told not in stock. That was the last chance. I deal with health issues and this was such a horrible inconvenience to deal with this on a regular basis. I needed a reliable pharmacy.

Recently changed from a local pharmacy to Kroger because the owner and pharmacist of our long time local pharmacy retired and sold the pharmacy to another person who has changed everything about it... COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with Kroger. They do a great job even when we have questions or need something late in the evening. Very professional and very attentive to our needs. Can't say enough about them
